To make and cancel an appointment, please click here.

On arrival in the ACS office, please proceed directly to Window 1 at your appointment time.

In light of current H1N1 Influenza A outbreak, the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong's Consular Section is taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of all of our customers. We will continue to provide regular ACS services as normal, but request that you reschedule your appointment if you or any of your immediate family members are experiencing flu symptoms. If you have printed your appointment confirmation, you can cancel and reschedule your appointment on line at https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/make_cancel_main.asp. If you have misplaced your confirmation, please contact us either by telephone at 852-2841-2211 or via email at acshk@state.gov to reschedule your appointment. For the health and safety of all of our customers, we reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the Consular Section if we observe that a visitor exhibits flu-like symptoms. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-11:00am and 1:30pm-3:00pm, except Wednesday afternoons and Hong Kong and United States public holidays. It is possible to have several services during the same visit to the Consulate. Please make a separate appointment for each individual service.

The scheduled appointment will be automatically cancelled for the applicant who arrives one hour or later than the appointed time. The applicant will be required to make a new appointment via our website.

Accessibility

The Americans Citizens Services Unit is located on the First Floor of the Consulate and does not have elevator access. If you are unable to use stairs, please call us at 2841-2211 at least one day before your appointment so that we can arrange for service to be provided on the ground floor.

Those who use a wheelchair can enter the Consulate building via a ramp located adjacent to the public entrance on Garden Road. Upon arrival at the Consulate public entrance, please identify yourselves to a guard and request assistance to the ramp.
