Appointment System for American Citizens Services

Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-11:00am and 1:30pm-3:00pm, except Wednesday afternoons and Hong Kong and United States public holidays. It is possible to have several services during the same visit to the Consulate. Please make a separate appointment for each individual service.

Effective on February 1, 2008, please ensure the applicant completes the new version of the passport application forms (including adding visa pages) which are downloadable on our website.
