Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - noon, 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., except Wednesday (closed on U.S. and local holidays).

Please call the number above for an appointment to avoid waiting time at the Consulate.

Services provided include:

  • Assistance in filing claims for Social Security and Veterans Administration retirement, survivor and disability benefits
  • Assistance with continuing benefits issues for the Social Security Administration, Veterans Administration, Railroad Board, Department of Labor and Office of Personnel Management claims such as changing of address, reporting changes affecting entitlement, reporting the death of a beneficiary, and missing payments.
  • Handling Medicare enrollments and issues
  • Applications for new, replacement and corrected Social Security cards.
