    Consul General Hart joined U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker and SelectUSA Executive Director Vinai Thummalapally at the SelectUSA 2015 Investment Summit in Washington, DC. Consul General Hart is leading a group of 25 Hong Kong business leaders to the Summit, which promotes foreign investment in the United States.
