CG Hart Celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival
CG Hart took part in some local traditions in preparation for the Mid-Autumn festival, including selecting hand-crafted lanterns to hang at the Consulate, visiting Pok Fu Lam village to learn how a fire dragon is made, and joining local students' initiative to deliver mooncakes to the needy.
U.S. Consulate Participates in Pink Dot Festival
Consul General Hart attended the Pink Dot festival in Hong Kong in support of the LGBTI community. The U.S. Consulate also manned a booth at the event to provide information about study in the United States, as well information about LGBTI rights in the United States.
