For case specific inquiries:
Located on the ground floor of the Consular Section at the U.S. Consulate General, the Visa Information Unit answers in-person and written inquiries on case-specific immigrant visa matters. The Visa Information Unit does not schedule visa appointments.

In person:
Our in-person inquiry hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (except U.S. and local holidays). The public is seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Waiting times vary and can, at times, be longer than anticipated.

By email:
