Acting Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security John C. Rood Travel to Beijing for the U.S.-China Security Dialogue

On June 4, Acting Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, John C. Rood will lead a United States delegation in the U.S.-China Security Dialogue in Beijing, China. The Chinese side will be led by Assistant Foreign Minister He Yafei. The Security Dialogue focuses on expanding mutual understanding and cooperation on a variety of security and nonproliferation issues. The Dialogue will include the participation of diplomatic and military representatives from both sides.
