Deputy Secretary Negroponte to Host the Sixth Round of the U.S.-China Senior Dialogue

Deputy Secretary of State John D. Negroponte and China State Councilor Dai Bingguo will hold the sixth round of the U.S.-China Senior Dialogue December 15 in Washington, D.C. The meetings will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of State. The two are expected to discuss U.S.-China bilateral relations and a range of key global issues.

The U.S.-China Senior Dialogue is the highest-level bilateral forum for discussion of issues of strategic and political importance, and gives both countries the opportunity to explore new avenues for cooperation.
