For those who question the value of our goals for the region, let them consider the disparity in U.S.-sourced components that are used by manufacturers in China and Mexico:

-- Mexican manufacturers draw 80 percent of their inputs from the U.S.;

-- Chinese manufacturers only draw 0-5 percent of their inputs from the U.S.
